B. General Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $1,000,000.
Such insurance shall include the following:
1. Independent
CONTRACTORs/CONTRACTORs Protective Liability for work let or sublet.
2. Contractual Liability insuring all liabilities assumed by Builder in this Agreement.
3. Products and Completed Operations.
4. Broad Form Property Damage.
5. Explosion, collapse and underground property damage hazard.
6. If operations conducted under this Agreement require the use of watercraft, the "Watercraft" Exclusion shall be removed from the General Liability and Contractual Liability coverages. Alternatively, Protection & Indemnity Insurance may be provided as outlined in Paragraph D below.

C. Automobile Liability Insurance with a combined single limit of liability for bodily injury and property damage of not less than $500,000.
Such insurance shall include coverage for all owned, hired and non-owned automobiles.
D. If operations under this Agreement require the use of watercraft, then Builder shall carry, or require to be carried, the following:
1. Hull & Machinery Insurance, including collision liability with the sistership clause unamended and endorsed to provide that additional assureds may, but shall not be obligated to, sue in labor. If the vessels are engaged in towing operations, such insurance shall include full tower's liability with the sistership clause unamended. This insurance shall be in the amount of the fair market value of each vessel utilized in the Work. Such insurance shall apply to all watercraft owned, operated, leased or chartered by Builder.
2. Protection & Indemnity Insurance including collision liability and tower's liability) with a limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 for all watercraft owned, operated, leased or chartered by Builder and insurance for voluntary removal of wreck and/or debris, diving operations, and liability for seepage, pollution, containment, and cleanup. Such insurance shall include full coverage for masters and members of the crew. alternatively to Protection & Indemnity Insurance, the "watercraft" exclusion may be removed from the General Liability Policy described in Paragraph B; while coverage for masters and members of the crew may be provided under the Worker's Compensation and Employer's Liability Policy described in Paragraph A.
E. Aircraft Liability Insurance. In any operation requiring the use of aircraft, including helicopters, a combined single limit of liability of not less than $1,000,000 shall be maintained for Public Liability, Passenger Liability, Property Damage and Airport Damage. such insurance shall cover all aircraft owned, operated, leased or chartered by Builder.
F. Excess Liability
